What is physical therapy?
Physical therapy helps you manage various conditions through simple exercises and changes in lifestyle.
How long are the sessions?
The length of each session will vary by condition, but standard treatments usually run 1–1.5 hours.
What happens during a session?
Sessions include warming of affected areas to loosen muscles, a prescribed exercise period, one-on-one time with your therapist, and a cool-down with ice and electro-stimulation therapy.
What should I wear?
Wear what makes you the most comfortable! From sweatpants and a
t-shirt to work attire, we will accommodate you no matter how you come dressed. Just ensure whatever you wear allows for unrestrained motion and flexibility.
Where should I park?
Use the east entrance of Renaissance Tower I off Main Street. Go through the front doors and up to the 4th floor.
